Corporate & Academic Experience

Mike McGuirk is the founder of McGuirk Analytics & Consulting. Mike has been working in the analytics field for over 25 years. He has always been interested in developing solutions that utilize data,  technology, and analytics to help business executives make more informed, insight-driven decisions. Although Mike largely works independently in the consultancy, he has an extensive network of analytic professionals and specialists to draw upon for larger client engagements.

Mike is an Associate Professor of Practice in the Marketing Division at Babson College, teaching courses focused on the use of analytics in marketing within the undergraduate program, and the MBA and MSBA graduate programs.

Mike has extensive experience helping small and large companies uncover customer insights that inform the development of marketing campaigns and customer experience enhancements that drive business growth. Mike has deep expertise in descriptive, predictive, and prescriptive analytic techniques. He also has a proven track record of building and leading successful analytic consulting practices across multiple firms. He was recently a Partner at iKnowtion (acquired by TTEC) and has also led analytic consulting teams at Epsilon and multiple start-ups.
